Handwriting Insight AI

A doctor’s portrait and a few handwritten lines become a personalised keepsake card of positive traits, with a campaign dashboard behind it.

A field engagement app for a pharma campaign. An employee registers a doctor, adds a portrait and a photo of their handwriting, and AI returns twenty positive, handwriting-style traits with the visible cues behind them. The result becomes a branded card the doctor can download, and a read-only admin workspace tracks participation by date, country and employee.

Client delivery. The product was designed and engineered as studio work for the team that owns it.

What the client can do now.

A pharma client wanted its field team to leave doctors with something personal after a short visit. The idea was a reading of the doctor’s handwriting, kept warm and positive, turned into a card worth keeping, with the campaign measurable from head office.

  • Run it in a visit

Employees sign in with their code, register the doctor and capture everything on one phone.

  • Read the handwriting

AI returns twenty positive traits and the visible handwriting cues that informed them.

  • Hand over a keepsake

A branded card with the portrait and traits, ready to download and share.

  • Keep every card safe

Portraits, handwriting and finished cards are stored in S3 and served through CloudFront.

  • Follow the campaign

Doctors registered, analyses completed and cards generated, by date, country and employee.

  • Export the reports

Sortable doctor, analysis and employee tables, exported as CSV in the same order.

In the visit

A portrait and a few handwritten lines.

The employee registers the doctor, crops a portrait and photographs a few lines of the doctor’s handwriting. The app reminds them to use images they have permission to share, and that the result is not a clinical or professional assessment.

  • Employee-code sign-in, no password
  • Portrait cropper and handwriting upload
  • Permission and framing shown before reading

The reading

Positive traits, read from the strokes.

AI looks at visible handwriting traits and returns exactly twenty positive traits, each backed by the cues that informed it. The prompt and output checks keep the reading neutral to positive, so it reads as reflection, not judgement.

  • Exactly twenty traits, checked on the server
  • Reference cues explain each reading
  • Framed for engagement, never assessment

The keepsake

A card worth keeping.

The portrait, traits and a personal message become a branded card rendered on the server, so downloads look the same on every phone. Finished cards are saved to S3, and the doctor can download the JPEG straight away.

  • Server-rendered card for reliable mobile downloads
  • Card images persisted to S3
  • Doctor portraits shown on the employee dashboard
