The Challenge

Healthcare communication teams faced manual design effort, inconsistent branding, and slow turnaround when personalizing image and video greetings per doctor at scale.

Our Approach

We built a multi-tenant platform with a template builder (Fabric.js canvas for images, overlay controls for video), role-based workflows for Super Admin, Org Admin, and Employee, bulk CSV operations, and an async AWS Lambda video rendering pipeline with FFmpeg composition, webhook completion, and intelligent caching.

The Result

Delivered a production platform with 36 API routes, 9 data models, and 16 dashboard pages supporting both image and cloud-rendered video personalization with template-driven automation and organization-level analytics.
