Awareness Pledge

iPledge: a field employee hands the phone to a doctor, who makes a three-step bone-health pledge and receives a personalised certificate.

iPledge is a World Osteoporosis Day pledge experience for a pharma field team. Employees sign in with their employee ID, register a doctor and hand over the device. The doctor makes three commitments that restore a bone on screen, signs or types an attestation, holds to seal the pledge, and gets a personalised certificate. Managers see their teams, and an admin panel covers analytics, records, shareable banners and a complete Excel export.

For World Osteoporosis Day, a pharma client wanted its field team to turn an awareness message into a moment doctors take part in. One employee, one phone, many doctors a day, and every pledge private, voluntary and on record.

The handoff

One phone, two roles.

The employee signs in with their employee ID, adds the doctor and, with permission, takes a photo used only for verification. Then the phone goes to the doctor, who sees a short privacy notice and taps I’m Ready. A role tag makes it clear who should be holding the device.

The pledge

Three commitments that restore a bone.

Each commitment the doctor taps restores bone strength on screen, up to one hundred percent. The doctor then signs, or types their name as an accessible alternative, and presses and holds a server-issued seal to finish. Completion is decided on the server, inside a transaction.

The certificate

A personal certificate, ready to share.

Sealing the pledge generates a personalised certificate, written to S3 and returned only through the authenticated portal. The doctor can download or share it, and failed generations can be retried without creating a second pledge.
