How the project moved from constraint to launch.

The Challenge

Pharma marketing and field teams needed a way to onboard doctors and produce consistent video without a generic avatar toy. Doctor records, approved voice, scripts, and generated assets had to stay inside an organisation boundary.

Our Approach

We built a Next.js management portal with super-admin and organisation-admin roles. Staff add doctors, upload a photo, capture or upload voice audio with a minimum duration, review the script session, and generate video. Render progress, in-app playback, download, and English/French interface language are part of the operating workflow.

The Result

Delivered a live, auth-gated portal for organisation-scoped doctor onboarding and generated video assets. The public case shows the super-admin surface only. This case does not invent render counts, doctor totals, or conversion results.
