Terms of Service.

By accessing this website or engaging BuildOrbit Studio for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our website and services.

BuildOrbit Studio provides web application development, mobile application development, backend and API development, AI integration, cloud infrastructure, and related digital product engineering services.

The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work signed between both parties. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship; project-specific agreements govern delivery.

Upon full payment of all invoices, the client owns all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project under the agreed statement of work.

BuildOrbit Studio retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, tools, libraries, or methodologies developed independently and used to deliver the project. These may be used in future projects.

Open-source libraries and third-party components used in the project remain governed by their respective licenses.

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

Work may be paused or withheld pending overdue payments. BuildOrbit Studio reserves the right to charge interest on invoices overdue by more than 30 days.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement, including product roadmaps, technical architecture, and business strategy.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

BuildOrbit Studio's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

We make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in the project agreement. The website and any pre-sales materials are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute contractual commitments.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. On termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

BuildOrbit Studio reserves the right to terminate access to work-in-progress or deliverables if payment obligations are not met.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
