Clinic Camp Scheduler

Reps book a screening camp, the agency sees where to send the machine, and everyone reads the same camp summary.

An interactive prototype for running screening camps at doctors’ clinics. A rep books a camp by doctor and date, the equipment agency sees a read-only schedule, and on the day the rep runs a nerve health check for each patient with a banded result. The doctor, manager and administrator all read the same camp summary in the app.

Client delivery. The product was designed and engineered as studio work for the team that owns it.

What the prototype shows.

A pharma client runs screening camps at doctors’ clinics with machines supplied by an agency. They wanted to see a digital version of the whole day, from booking the camp to sharing what it found, before building it.

  • Book a camp in seconds

Reps pick a doctor and a date, today or later, and see their upcoming and past camps.

  • Tell the agency where to go

The agency sees upcoming, today’s and past camps with doctor, clinic, city and rep.

  • Check each patient

Left and right foot readings give a score that is banded on screen.

  • Share one summary

Patients checked and the result mix, the same for doctor, manager and administrator.

  • Keep roles in their lane

The agency never sees patients, and managers and doctors only read.

  • Walk the whole story

One home screen lets the client try each role in order, on one device.

Book the camp

Pick the doctor and the date.

The rep signs in with an employee code, picks a doctor and books a camp for today or a later date. The same rep, doctor and date can’t be booked twice, and the booking appears on the agency’s schedule straight away so they know where to send the machine.

  • Employee-code sign-in, no password
  • Upcoming and past camps in one list
  • View-only schedule for the agency
Schedule a camp: doctor and date chosen, Camp booked confirmation, and lists of upcoming and past camps
Recreated from the product, with sample data.

On the day

Check each patient, read the band.

On camp day the rep runs the nerve health check for each patient: left and right foot readings combine into a score, and the band (Normal, Mild or Moderate to severe) shows on screen with how the score is read. Save and move to the next patient.

  • Left and right foot readings
  • Banded score with the reading guide
  • No printing: the result stays on screen
Nerve health check: left foot 14, right foot 18, a combined score of 16 banded Mild, and a Save and next patient button
Recreated from the product, with sample data.

One summary

Everyone reads the same numbers.

Each camp ends in a summary built from the saved checks: patients checked and how many fell in each band. The doctor sees camps at their clinic, the manager sees their team’s camps this week, and the administrator sees the whole country.

  • Summary built from saved results
  • Doctor and manager views are read-only
  • Admin overview across camps, employees and doctors
Camp summary: 24 patients checked, with 13 Normal, 8 Mild and 3 Moderate to severe

Building something with this level of complexity?

If you're planning a field camp scheduler with real delivery constraints, we can help you scope it, make the technical calls early, and ship it properly.

Direct technical conversations before scope gets expensive.
Full-stack product delivery from interface to backend to launch.
Clear tradeoffs and execution plans instead of vague agency promises.
