From a distinctive real estate brand to a complete property platform, with a private rental assistant for day-to-day operations.

An end-to-end build for SP Realty: visual identity, a custom 3D brand introduction, a cinematic property website, and the workspace behind it. The system connects property publishing, media, enquiries, and follow-ups with an owner-only rental management app and AI assistant.

Client delivery. The product was designed and engineered as studio work for the team that owns it.

Case Study

How the project moved from constraint to launch.

A concise read of the challenge, the system we designed, and what changed once the product reached production.

01

The Challenge

SP Realty needed a consistent brand and a considered way to present its property collection, supported by tools the team could use every day. Public listings, enquiries, media, and website updates needed a shared workspace, while rental agreements, payments, and renewals required a separate private workflow for the owner.

02

Our Approach

We built the identity and digital platform together. A custom SP monogram and Three.js arrival animation introduce a responsive Next.js website with property galleries, films, and individual listing pages. Behind it, a Convex-backed admin workspace gives staff draft-and-publish controls, media uploads, an enquiry inbox, assignments, notes, and follow-up dates. The owner’s installable rental assistant supports natural-language questions and agreement document extraction, with editable proposals that require confirmation before any record changes.

03

The Result

Delivered one connected system across the public website, staff workspace, and owner-only assistant. The team can maintain property content and enquiries, while the owner can track agreements, rent payments, renewals, and reminders. The public website is live at sprealtys.com; administrative and rental workflows sit behind authenticated access.
