How the project moved from constraint to launch.

The Challenge

Multiple pharmaceutical organisations needed distinct branded field applications, assessment rules, employee workflows, and reporting. Building a separate backend and dashboard for each organisation would duplicate logic, slow releases, and make tenant isolation difficult to govern.

Our Approach

We built a monorepo with one tenant-aware NestJS and PostgreSQL backend, a shared Next.js dashboard, and one Expo mobile codebase configured through organisation-specific EAS profiles. The platform centralizes role boundaries, assessment definitions, patient and doctor workflows, prescription uploads, analytics, auditability, and release configuration while preserving brand-specific mobile experiences.

The Result

Delivered a reusable platform supporting three branded mobile configurations: FungScreen, NervNirman, and Sparsh. New assessment workflows and operational fixes can move through one shared API and dashboard without rebuilding the product for every organisation.
