About this film
SP Rentals is the assistant SP Realty gives its rental clients. It keeps rent, renewals and records together in one place.
The guide takes a new client through nine steps: open the link, add it to the home screen, sign in with an emailed code, turn on reminders, then add a rental by typing it in plain words or uploading the agreement. It ends on asking questions, acting on reminders and the My rentals view.
Built in Remotion with the app's screens and the iPhone's system screens recreated as components, using fictional data, plus an AI voiceover. Delivered as a 94-second 9:16 video.

- Welcome to SP Rentals. Your rent, renewals and records, together in one place.
- First, open sprealtys.com/assistant in Safari. On Android, use Chrome.
- Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, then Add. SP Rentals now sits on your home screen, like any other app.
- Open the app and enter your email. We'll send you a six-digit code. Type it in, and you stay signed in for thirty days.
- Tap Turn on notifications, then Allow, so reminders reach your phone.
- Now, just tell the assistant about a rental, in plain words. It prepares a card with the details. Check it, and tap Confirm. Nothing is saved until you do.
- Even easier: upload a photo or PDF of the agreement. The assistant reads the tenant, rent, deposit and dates for you. Check them, then tap Confirm.
- You can ask it anything. Who hasn't paid? When does an agreement end? Or tap plus, for quick questions.
- Reminders arrive before rent is due, and before agreements end. Tap one, and mark the rent paid in a single tap.
- My rentals shows everything at a glance: overdue rent, rent due this week, and upcoming renewals.
