What the client can do now.

A medical client needed personal websites for hundreds of its doctors. Built one at a time, that meant slow handoffs, uneven layouts and pages that were hard to find. They needed doctors to supply their own details, a team to check them, and every page to come out polished and consistent.

  • Start every site from one link

    The client’s chatbot shares one link. Doctors enter their Doctor ID and the system knows if they’re new, in review or already live.

  • Let doctors fill it in themselves

    No accounts. A secure link opens a guided form, and doctors see their page on a phone preview before sending it.

  • Match each page to the practice

    Seven specialty templates and three visual styles, from warm and editorial to refined and gold-accented.

  • Keep every page on-brand

    The team edits inside approved sections only, so no page can drift off-brand or break.

  • Update a page without starting over

    Doctors request changes through a revision link, and the page keeps its address.

  • Get found and shared

    Each page has a clean address, search details and a preview card for WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

Every doctor gets a mobile-first page with their credentials, services, patient reviews, clinic address and timings, and buttons to call, message on WhatsApp, book or get directions. The same details can be shown in three premium styles, each with its own fonts, colours and portrait frame.

A guided form, and a preview before anything goes live.

Doctors never create an account. They open the link, enter their Doctor ID, and a secure form walks them through eleven short steps, from identity and clinic to photos and consent. They pick a template and style, then see their page on a phone preview before sending it for review.
