The Challenge

Training distributed paramedic teams required more than video hosting. The organisation needed controlled publishing, learner ownership, saved progress, reliable assessments, retraining rules, certification, reporting, and historical accuracy across every course version.

Our Approach

We built a modular Next.js platform with an administrator training builder, employee-owned learner routes, video progress tracking, server-side scoring, immutable published versions, retry and retraining controls, and idempotent certificate generation. Every facilitator request verifies employee ownership before it can read or change learner data.

The Result

Delivered the end-to-end training lifecycle from employee onboarding and learner registration through video completion, assessment, retraining, certificate generation, verification, analytics, and exports.
