A training and certification platform that takes video courses to paramedics in the field, on the employee’s phone, and ends in a certificate anyone can verify.

A complete learning management platform where administrators publish versioned video trainings, employees register paramedics, and each learner completes assessments and earns verifiable certificates on the employee's device. Progress remains attached to the learner while the authenticated employee remains accountable for the facilitated session.

What the client can do now.

The client needed to train paramedics working with doctors across many territories. Video hosting alone wasn’t enough: they needed controlled publishing, saved progress, fair assessments, retraining when content changes and certificates, with field employees accountable for each session.

Build a course once. Every paramedic gets it.

Admins build each training in six steps: details, video, assessment, rules, certificate and review. Publishing creates a fixed version that reaches every active paramedic, while older versions keep their history intact.

In the field

Training happens on the employee’s phone.

Paramedics don’t need accounts. An employee opens one of their assigned doctors, picks a paramedic and starts the course on their own phone. Progress is saved to the paramedic and resumes where it left off, and the assessment unlocks once enough of the video has been watched.

Assessment and certificates

Pass the assessment. Get a certificate anyone can verify.

Answers are scored on the server, and a passing attempt produces exactly one certificate, however often the page is refreshed. The PDF carries a certificate number that anyone can check on the public verification page, and revocations stay on record.

The workspace

One calm workspace for the whole programme.

Admins see the whole programme at a glance and can filter progress by training, employee, city or status. Field employees sign in with just their employee code, and administrative changes are kept in an audit log.
