The Challenge

Pharmaceutical Medical Representatives perform repetitive daily activities — doctor visits, prescription submissions, purchase orders. Tracking these through conventional tools offers zero motivation. Yuki Technologies needed a way to make field operations engaging and boost MR productivity without changing the underlying workflow.

Our Approach

We designed a gamified operations platform where every MR activity earns runs for their team. Teams are placed in an IPL-style tournament bracket — Round 1 through Grand Finals — competing head-to-head based on real field activity. A smart scoring engine layers per-activity runs, first-visit bonuses, repeat-doctor rewards, cumulative POB thresholds, and milestone bonuses. Role-based workflows let MRs upload activities, Managers approve and award runs, and Admins configure the entire league and scoring rules.

The Result

Delivered a production-ready mobile-first PWA with a full cricket-league tournament structure, live match scoreboards with real-time team-vs-team run comparisons, individual and team leaderboards with podium display, and a configurable scoring engine — all installable on any device for MRs working in the field.
